Counselling and Registration

To be eligible for TG POLYCET Counselling 2026, candidates need to follow the following steps:

Registration Process

The online counseling process is completely conducted online and entails the following steps:

Processing Fee Payment:

• Visit the official website: polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in or https://tgpolycet.nic.in.
• Select “Applicant Login” or “Fill Application.”
• Enter TG POLYCET Hall Ticket No and Registration Number to login.
• Pay the processing fee: Rs. 600 for OC/BC candidates and Rs. 300 for SC/ST candidates.

There will be a second counselling after the completion of first round, for the vacant positions. Phase 2 (Final Phase) Counselling will be held from June 15 to June 24, 2026. Spot admissions for vacant seats are to be conducted between July 1 to July 8, 2026, at government-determined centers.

Documents Required for Counseling

Applicants are required to submit these documents (originals and photocopies) for certificate verification:

• TG POLYCET rank Card: Available on the official website.
• TG POLYCET Hall Ticket: Given out during the exam.
• SSC (Class 10) Marks Memo: Or equivalent certificate.

• NCC/Sports/CAP: As per government regulations. 
• Women Reservation: 33.33% reservation of seats for women in all categories.
